House Matches, which are held every half-term, encourage students in all year groups to participate in sport. Every form group has a team, which includes a captain, and each tutor group belongs to one of three houses (Apollo, Mercury or Saturn). Points are awarded to each house depending on how well they compete in the competitions.
During November, boys played Football whilst the girls played Netball. Participation was excellent and although there was fierce competition, it was all played in great spirit.
Apollo currently lead the way, with Saturn just 12 points behind them. December is set to be just as good, with boys competiting in Rugby and the girls competiting in Football.
